-We are shipping from NingBo City, other than that , we have our own overseas warehouse located in the LA.United States, if the customer is located in the US some products will be delivering from the warehouse.

- Unless expressly stated otherwise in a Quotation or Invoice, the purchase price does not include charges for taxes, customs and import-export fees, duties and tariffs

-Normally it takes 20-25days from NingBo city to customer, this depends on the location, if the customer is in United States the delivering time will be shorten for some of the products.

-Customer can return back the product if no satisfied, but the fees are on customer
